The reception staff was very helpful. A lady there resolved all issues with no trouble. The rooms were spacious. They were always clean . The food was amazing. I really enjoyed my meals at the restaurant.
The mattress in my room was firm. This might be more suitable for other guests. it was not ideal for me.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast. You could also have lunch and dinner. The all-inclusive package included known brands of alcohol and soda. What a great bonus.

The hotel has two pool areas. I noticed both had available sun loungers at all times. There is also a pool bar by the main pool and another bar inside. We loved the pool but the bar was amazing!
